Air Purifiers

Unit will not operate

Make sure the unit is plugged in and outlet is energized. Make sure unit turned ON.

Permanent filter appears dirty, even after vacuuming clean

This is normal and does not affect performance in any way. A new filter is not necessary.

Excessive noise

Remove plastic bags from filters. Make sure parts are firmly positioned in place.

The filter service indicator will not reset

Check condition of the filters and clean if necessary. Press and hold down the Power button for 3 seconds. The Filter Service Indicator icon on the display screen should disappear.

The filter service indicator still appears on LCD display even after cleaning

Ensure that you reset the filter service indicator properly (see ""Reinstalling The Filter After Cleaning"section in the users manual).

Decreased air flow

Make sure nothing is blocking air inlet and filtered air outlets. 1. Remove all plastic bags from filters. 2. Check condition of filters and replace if necessary. 3. Make sure that the air intake grill is at least 1 to 3 feet from away the wall. 4. When unit operates in the AUTO mode, it will automatically adjust the fan speed to provide optimum filtration based on air particulate concentration. Therefore, depending on the air quality in the room, some variation in air flow is normal and expected.
